Taking Calls:
Over the years, through these NEWSPEAC© pages, we've asked that you arrange to take our call on the first try, to better help us to deliver our message and to make it easier on fellow Clients of THE PEAC SYSTEM®, often which are part of your own franchise or Association system. We have to say, most of you are helping us, and we enjoy helping you.
As you probably know, we Readers are Consultants, and we have our own expenses for doing business. So, when we are part of the free PEAC reading program, we are donating time and money to you, in a fashion. Help us trim costs, too! Keeping our costs down directly helps keep the prices in control, too!
Some of you, though, must be thinking that they are the only reading for the day, and repeated call attempts are turned away. Perhaps a better understanding of our day would help you to work more closely with us.
To our knowledge, we are about the only evaluation company that provides
free, automatic readings to help you get the most of the material you receive from us. Unfortunately, when the load for a Reader
reaches about thirty for the day, time management becomes critical, and we need to be able to plan our day, much as you do.
Since we prepare heavily just before a call, a refusal to take it represents a glitch in the program. We ask you to please take the call, if at all possible. We have instituted a two attempt program, where we'll try twice, but then you need to call us to set an appointment (See your handbook). It is the only way to keep the efficiency high, and the price down...

Referral Program
Our referral program allows you to generate free PEAC SYSTEM®
evaluations. With each new client, which means they receive their first invoice, regardless of the number of units, you receive a free evaluation. With not much effort, you can generate more than enough for your hiring needs.
Just remember, the price is different outside personnel firms,
and in some cases, because of the length of the relationship, so don't talk price. Price depends on our
costs and expenses- and these differ in the economy, just as yours do. This referral program applies inside your own franchise or association network, too, if applicable, so don't be afraid to bring us new customers of your own group.
With this program, we are able to solidify our own company, of course, which means
keeping fees as low as possible, so that you will have access to one of the most powerful hiring tools on the market today, and surely for a long, long time to come...

By the way, when, for whatever reason, you have decided to not pursue to hire the individual, prior to our reading, can you let us know?

Statistical Gathering:
One more thing, and we'll let you go. Since the PEAC SYSTEM® is a dynamic database, we need to collect stats on tenure and production, first year, regardless of the evaluation's estimate of trainability or success. With our foundation stabilized, it takes
many more units to make changes in the estimations, but it can happen. Information is important for us, and therefore helps you, too!
