P P -There are simpler tools than our PEAC SYSTEM® out there, in some cases cheaper, and certainly easier to read. And, sometimes, they'll give you the decision, yes or no to hire. Unfortunately, and what the majority of our clients have found, before, during or after our association, both the test itself and the results are too simple, and more importantly, the people behind the instruments often do not understand our industry.
P P -You see, almost all other evaluations are written for sales or general population. Dangerous ground from which to be making decisions, and certainly dangerous ground from which to
make your decisions for you! Not to mention the EEOC's distrust and constant eye out for such decisions. The PEAC SYSTEM®, as you may know, was written specifically for the personnel services industry, and validated inside it. Our estimates are against other performers in the business, not other hypothetical candidates.
P P -And, now with nearly 80,000 files, we have a pretty accurate base. In any case, after wandering off to follow another piper, many of our clients are back, and a significant group, at that. CONSULTING SESSIONS© ADD-ON:Consulting Interview©

P P -Many of you have taken advantage of our Consulting Sessions© to get extra advice, talk over a trouble spot in managing/training individuals, and the like. Now, I've gone a step farther. At the request of some of our clients, I've added a new dimension. For the same, one hour fee as our Consulting Sessions©, I will interview your potential hires. Now, this is less expensive than a CASE Studies©, and not as in-depth, but may be more suitable for certain candidates, especially if they have previous experience, and you aren't certain what their motivations might be. However, the CASE Studies© is a better skills assessment.
P P -You will get a one or two page summary FAX'd the following business day, even same day, if time permits, and this may give you the extra insight to make the right decision. At a minimum, you will have a different way of following up or approaching your potential hire.
P P -With over two decades of hiring in this industry, I can provide a different point of view, ask some of the tough questions, and surprisingly, get some of the right answers, because I am not perceived as
the boss.
