This is the information page for THE PEAC SYSTEM's Plan vs Performance sheet. 
This is a very powerful tool for either direct management, or for teaching your people 
to be self-managing. Think matrices, which you and your desk level consultant, whether
temp, perm or contract, work out together. Inventing numbers and 'hoping' will more
likely drive them away... not so good an idea... right?

INTRUCTIONS:

1.  Click on the link below to start the process... do NOT enter any user name or 
password information, and when those are requested,  click on cancel to start 
the file transfer.

2.  You MUST enable macros for the form to work properly.

3. Immediately use FILE- SAVE AS and save it to your local system. Now you 
can manipulate it as needed.

4  Always start with CTRL-P. Enter all information as requested.

5. Print this page for reference

6. When ready, click here:  PlanVsPerfomance Excel Spreadsheet, then:
       Choose open, then, if asked, choose to enable macros. If you don't enable, you
       will have a useless excel spreadsheet. In fact, if you are not asked, and nothing
       runs properly, you probably have your macros auto disabled as a security precaution.
       See your software guide to reset the security to 'always ask.' If you do not know how
       to do this, see your IT guru in your office...
